Rooms are very clean, but it's not quite a WATERFRONT property !
Nasty breakfast, pushy maids kicking you out of the room cause they need to be dine with their shift soon, and for what they charge, room service would be nice
Don't bother with the free breakfast. Literally the worst eggs I've ever had. And reasonably clean and comfortable, the hotel is overpriced. We got a "deal" at about $340 per night. Portland issue?
Whoever said park on the street was not here during peak season ( July & August). There is no street parking.
Tip the housekeepers : ) the rooms are diffucult to clean and they work very hard
Friendly, fantastic staff (I'm looking at you, Mike). Fantastic, spacious, well-appointed rooms.
