We were so excited to stay here and enjoy a little vacation while my husband was in town for work. The hotel itself is decent. The breakfast and front desk are in a separate building from the guests room but its very easy access between the two. The breakfast area is an absolute zoo and there is not enough seating inside. We really enjoyed our stay here. We had the studio rental. Easy to park. Safe quiet area, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool stayed pretty busy during our stay. They offer a wonderful hot breakfast 7-10. They also have grills, eating areas and seating available outside.
Stayed 11 nights. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast is American with multiple option. Bedrooms with kitchen is good. Only downside is false fire alarm went off 4 times over 3 days (three being midnight to 4 am, and 12pm).
I’m usually not a complainer or a person who rates low but I will have to say this was the worst stay I have ever experienced with Marriott. First, two weeks prior to my travel I had a very rude phone interaction with the Guest Manager Adrian. I reported it to Marriott and it was placed as a note on my file (details can be found in the notes). Marriott did offer 2,000 pts to close out the case and resolve the matter.
