We just returned from a two night stay at this lovely new property. We found it to be lovely, clean, pleasant, comfy bed, good breakfast, with a very friendly and accommodating staff. It was very much like a home away from home. Convenient location and near to our son's residence. Loved it and we will be back!
Great new hotel. Very modern fresh room with a good breakfast buffet selection. Will definitely stay here again!
The staff were very friendly and it feels like a home away from home. Last minute shopping at the mall next door was great � We had family visit for Christmas Eve watching movies, having dinner and opening presents. My husband and I will definitely be back again!! PS we even opted to stay an extra night because we enjoyed our stay so much!!
After a grueling day of travel that involved planes, trains and standing inside of a parking garage for over 5 hours in the snow with a broken down vehicle, I was eventually dropped off via tow truck at The Residence Inn Watertown and the front desk staff become the official hero's of this strange story.
