Shocked by the staff this place has – I've stayed here a few times when my company books rooms at the cdiscount rate. While I'm impressed with the big rooms and the cleanliness I am constantly wondering.... Hospitality is supposed to imply customer service correct? This hotel seems to have totally missed the mark with that. The clerks and supervisors working behind that desk are shockingly unprofessional and rude.
