This hotel charged my credit for the charges of another room I was traveling with without my permission I have made 6 calls to them since they day and all I have gotten from them is I do not know what to do or how this could happen I will have to talk to my manager and get back to you but no one ever calls me back will never ever stay here again plus stayed here after hurricane Irma and can understand thing not working but was charged full prince with not much of a breakfast no pool and things not working should of been redu... read more
