Clean, spacious. No temp control, so it was too warm. No coffee.
The staff is so friendly, professional, and courteous. Exceptional experience!
The rooms didnt meet my family need, so we left almost immediately after the property manager confirmed that 24hrs cancelation policy will be applied to the remaining 3 nights, I agreed to forfeit the first night even though we didnt stay. But days later I called for update on my refund then the rude sales agent (Ruthly or so) changed the narrative that I can't get any refund for the multiple nights claiming the manager wasnt in a place to approve my refund. I felt scammed.
