I won't do it again unless im desperate, although clean but not cozy more of a jail vibe than a hotel ! I wouldn't call it a hotel ! It's student dorms .

I stayed as part of a team providing transportation services during a large international event. The rooms are actually residence rooms for students but when space allows they are rented out for shorter stays. We were there for over a month in June and early July. There still appeared to be some students but the majority of the tenants were not students at that time. Many were local sports teams, some for younger kids in large groups with adult supervision. The rooms are clean, and serviced every three days on long stays. If you need an Amazon parcel delivered, it will be delivered to reception, for holding. Nice and secure. The convenience store is decently priced with M&M meat shops microwaveable meals available. The only issue I encountered was the youth sports teams coming in late at night, the coaches never instructed them to be quiet. When reception was informed, it seemed nothing was done about it.

The residence is located in the north of the city with good transportation links if you are wishing to visit the area. Rooms are clean, spacious and offer good value for money. Seneca hosted a group of 10 for a month whilst we worked on the FIFA World Cup in Toronto. The support staff were fantastic and we can't thank them enough. Highly recommend staying here.
