We live on the ground floor. We have neighbors over us that have a child. This child literally stomps on the floor, and runs around jumping off of furniture and slamming into the floor for HOURS on end every single night. It is EXTREMELY loud as the floors here must be paper thin, and have no sound absorption whatsoever. It sounds like a herd of elephants stomping over us every single night. I had the privilege to meet with Jillian, the wonderful community manager and her delightful team. They were all very attentive to me and my individual needs and I really love all the amenities - the pool and the pavilion next to the river. The community is awesome!
