These people are the worst. They didn't approve me for $900 but I got approved elsewhere for $1300. They also cost me an extra $850, through the 3rd party company they partner with but have no idea existed, ontop of the application fees. Val finally called so she was a little more useful than Hector They discarded my application after I invested over $900 into it with all the fees. What a joke. Who hires these people ?
I am very unhappy at the way they treated me. WHY would you take my deposit if you were just going to throw away my application after one week? I don't believe that professional property managers disregard applications so fast or by saying "if you don't get the stuff we need we are throwing away your application today" I believe it was hector I spoke to , he is not a proper company representative and he should be coached immediately in being more customer oriented. Do not recommend moving here they will take your money then act clueless on what’s going on and they are liars lady at front told me I’ll be only charged application fee but charged me the deposit to !! When I haven’t even moved in or got approved yet and now have to go through corporate just to try and get my money back ! Quick as they took my money yall need to refund me it back that quick POOR COMMUNITY THAT WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY
Went for a tour and had a fine experience. Not super into their laundry situation (pay-per-use units in communal rooms locked during certain hours), but what takes this review so low is the amount of dog poop all over the grounds. Obviously their tenants don't care, but I guess maintenance doesn't either? Every step I took around this place came surrounded by two or more piles. Just really disgraceful.
Roachville… Maintenance crew always access my apartment behind me, I noticed this after few months of about to deploy and my apartment was full of roaches… I don’t have much to say because it’s done already.
