This was our very first home buying experience. Our agent was Malcolm Chambliss. He is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. We looked at several houses before we found the right one and all through the process Malcolm was there with us every step of the way. Once we found our perfect home, Alexz, his assistant was amazing, and wonderful. She made the process of getting through all the paperwork easy and a little less scary and confusing. The team was always available and responsive to to discussions to make the sale of our home. The team held an "Open House" several times to stimulate potential offers. Team members were professional and knowledgeable.

Mark did a great job of listing and quickly selling our house. His advice about the market conditions and what we needed to do to make our house marketable was invaluable. He was very easy to communicate with, and stayed on top of everything throughout the entire process.
