Reside is the worst property management company I have rented from. We moved in October 15th and still have not received our mailbox keys. It’s now December 23rd. We have time sensitive mail including bills and Christmas gifts in our mailbox that we cannot get. We have made NUMEROUS attempts to get our keys from calling dozens of times and leaving voicemails with no response, to stopping in the office and speaking with the front desk. We have been really happy living where we live. It's nice and quiet. People are nice and it's convenient for us to get from Point A to Point B. The staff on the property and in the office are wonderful. Thank you Reside Property Management for taking care of our needs and then some!
I has been great living here since we moved into out home. Things are nice and peaceful and the employees that work around the property are very nice.
