Just met David. He was rude and condescending to my female staff. We were not impressed!!!
2 relatives contacted this Real Estate to enquire about a sale in Picton and each relative was given two different prices with a $200,000 price difference between the two in a span of 5 minutes. I am concerned for the vendor, they may be losing potential purchasers with a huge price difference. Very unprofessional and rude on the phone. Following this review, this is Davids response, how unprofessional and simply just embarrassing.
Time waster, initial quote for his services were very competitive, however after he added all the hidden fees it became way more than his competitors, look elsewhere.
Working with David was a great experience. He was incredibly helpful, straightforward, and made communication so easy. He always responded quickly to my questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly. His honesty and professionalism really stood out, and I felt confident throughout the entire process.
David is a straight shooter, results driven, and does exactly what he says he will do! From the first meeting, he was knowledgeable, direct and informative, which provided us a sense of total confidence that he will deliver on what he commits to. Our sale was a little complicated due to various factors outside everyone's control, David didn't waver once, and remained focused on the job, found multiple buyers and ultimately achieved a stronger result each time, exactly like he said he would!
