Was in the process of purchasing a home from your company. There was mold found, and we gave you the inspection and bid. Was told your company was getting another bid. Ignored our attempts of communication when asked about the mold even past closing our closing date. After 2 weeks of no communication you sent an admendment to extend the closing and not pay for mold mitigation. Trying to pull a fast one, and get out paying for something they should. WRIPM and Resicap have caused us nothing but headaches. We never get straight answers, vendors are unskilled, have no ID, and are never prepared for the job they are sent to complete. Maintenance issues aren't addressed in a timely manner and only when you follow up on a consistent basis.
THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN HOLDING 1200$ HOSTAGE OUT OF MY BUISNESS ACCOUNT. I HAVE NEVER HERD OF THEM BEFORE AND NONE OF MY EMPLOYEES RENT OFF THEM!!! I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE THIRD PERSO. WE HAVE TALKED TO AND STILL CANNOT GET MY MONEY BACK!! BEWARE OF THIS COPMANY!!!!
Resicap/WRI are a fraudulent company—at best. They market “renovated” homes with new paint and carpet that have major hidden issues including foundation damage, significant water leaks, fire hazards, mold, roof damage, rotting floor boards, faulty wiring, broken fixtures, and poorly installed appliances. Work orders are closed out as complete with nothing fixed or resolved. They will send out repairmen who obviously have no skills or deny repairs from contractors who can actually fix the issue. They profit from deceiving innocent tenants into properties that have been marketed as renovated, when in reality they disguise serious problems, water, mold, structural issues, no A.C., rodent infested and sometimes no inspection! Ruining many lives financially and causing health issues. Shame on them!! 😡😪
WRIPM and resicap are thieves. Constant headaches over severe issues to rented homes and properties. They don’t care what breaks or what conditions you are living in as long as they get their rent. Check the Zillow and better business reviews. Add to that a growing connected group of 150+renters with the same issues
