So happy with my service from Ayanna!! I have had several injectors treatments in the past and her touch and knowledge is absolutely amazing. The location is beautiful and all staff very friendly.
We did the contrast therapy for 60 minutes and it was the perfect amount of time to get a few rounds of sauna and cold plunge.
Our experience was truly disappointing. My husband and I were assigned to Room 2, where the sauna never reached an adequate temperature. When we raised our concerns, the front desk informed us that they had already received complaints from other customers about the same issue. It was frustrating to learn that they were aware of the problem, yet continued to book guests into a room with a malfunctioning sauna.
