One of the best experiences I’ve had. The employees were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and happy to be there. Unique sensory experience and helped with chronic pain I’ve been having that no other treatment could help! Will be back and have recommended to everyone I know.
The best! Service is exceptional, contrast, red light and massage therapy are the best I have found in York Region. Worth every penny and more.

We love going to reset from time to time for a reset!! We’ve only done the cold+hot therapy, but could not recommend it more! It’s super clean, calming and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommend for a fun date with your partner or bestie! Can’t wait to try float therapy next!
