A couple of years ago, I went to Reset and Restore for the first time for my birthday and I was not disappointed. Crystal was so kind and attentive and trauma-informed. She took the time to find out what was going on with me not just physically but emotionally to get a better picture for the massage service. Great service! Very relaxing and professional. The massager gets all the kinks out of your body, even ones you didn't know you had. She also instructs you on how to take care of yourself after a massage so your body doesn't get too tired. Lovely experience!
Incredible gem in the neighborhood! Crystal worked her magic during the massage releasing tension throughout my body. She truly created a welcoming, peaceful, and relaxing environment that allowed me to melt into the service. I struggle to get out of my head and fully be present.
