I would give 100 stars if I could. Everyone at Reset Medical is simply amazing before, during and after treatment. You honestly feel listened to and understood from the first phone call. I had a very positive experience this Wednesday & Thursday at Reset Medical and Wellness. First, Dr. Michael Louwers was extremely thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. He made sure I understood who, what, when, where, and how the procedure would take place … and expectations. The entire team at Reset is very compassionate, knowledgable, and professional. I have hope in healing with the treatments they provided and their plan of care for long-term wellness. What a great resource for those suffering from PTSD and anxiety.
The staff and Doctor at reset care a lot about helping people. All of the staff was kind and very supportive. They have an outlined aftercare plan to help with the healing process. Thank you to the great staff and Doctor Louwers. 🌺
