The staff was very accommodating and made me feel welcome from the start. The facilities were immaculately clean and well set up. Dr. Michael Louwers explained how the procedure would be done and answered every question I had. The whole experience was wonderful and I fully recommend RESET Medical as a professional and dedicated team in their functional areas of experience.
The nurses and dr louwers were some of the nicest medical staff I have ever met. They explain everything in great detail and dont make you feel rushed. They truly care about your wellbeing and do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable. I went for the stellate ganglion block but will definitely be back in the future for some of the other services they offer!
