I purchased a mattress set for $3922 and signed up for monthly payment. The monthly was with Synchrony bank and I didn't want to open another account so I went to the store and paid the amount in full and closed the Synchrony account. But the store only made $2000 payment to the Synchrony. Now the interest has been charging me monthly and I'm fighting dispute with the merchant. These are absolute criminals, which is probably why the store front is closed in their Jersey city location . I wrote a review a while ago and as soon as I did a bunch of fraudulent 5 star reviews popped up. We have been dealing with the fraud for almost a year. We purchased a product, which was never delivered. However they forged our signature on delivery documents stating we received the product. We filed a police report and won’t stop until this company is brought to justice. We now owe money for a product we don’t have ... read more
They put me in a U$20k loan for a U$4k purchase, which, by the way, only Half of the products were delivered. They are fraud!! Run away if you can!!!
