I had a good experience here, my therapist was very kind and patient. I showed up on time to my scheduled appointments so I suppose that is why I didn’t have any issues.

Oof guess I should have read reviews. I called in January of 2024 asking to find a new therapist. They said they needed to check my insurance and would call me back. Thats fine I told them I would probably need to call them as I only have a landline and don't always know if I missed a call. So today I called back, yes, like a month later. The therapist I saw used the “review since last time” method instead of creating a real plan for any of the issues I presented, or coping strategies. They don’t send any kind of reminders about appointments, so I missed one and had to cancel one (I was also planning my wedding). The counselor called and essentially threatened me that she would refuse to see me if I missed more. She did not reference a practice policy on this, just was rude and dismissive in general. She got her wish, I go elsewhere now. You should, too.

Would not recommend As a therapist or as a business. Had one appointment and second was ignored as if I did not have one. Therapist was more interested in writing down her own notes rather than fully engaging with me the client. Don’t waste your time here.
