we enjoy living here. we have been here for over a year now. we have only 1 complaint. the apartment behind us have a dog that barks and whines all day, some days and way into the night some nights. this is our only complaint. the staff have been very nice, and the maintenance people are very very nice and polite and prompt in addressing problems.

The Reserve is a FANTASTIC place to call home! We've been there for several years now, and I must say the office staff and maintenance personnel are the best I've seen. Whitney does a wonderful job taking care of her tenants in a friendly and efficient manner. Plus, the new upgraded units and property upgrades (amazing outdoor deck with lots of furniture, new pools, etc.) are just great! Another main point I chose The Reserve is the size of the units for the money. Highly recommend to anyone in the market for an apartment!
The Reserve of Bossier City Apartments are hard to deal with. I have lived here a long time and the past few months have not been up to par! The management has become hard to work with. The CONSTANT construction at odd times (weekends, at 7am or late in the evening) is such an inconvenience! Over the past 6 months this place has just become hard to work with and they continually mess up how much money we are suppose to pay. And add on fees that we didn't know we had or lock us out of our account so that we can't actually pay... read more
