Bad experience with attempting to lease. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to apply to live here.
RecommendedMy experience at Reserve Decatur was awesome. I lived in a luxurious one bedroom apartment there for 1yr and 3 months. During my time there, the staff was warm and went the extra mile to make me feel at home. I also loved that they have a full time cleaning staff for all of the complex. I would definitely have renewed my lease again if I wasn’t moving. Thank You Reserve Decatur!!!

Responsive, friendly staff. Clean and well maintained property. Great facilities. Excellent location and close to lots of stores and restaurants. Great value you get what you pay for. Residents are all respectful. Best apartment I’ve ever lived in.

I LOVE my community and staff at Reserve Decatur! Been here three months and couldn't be happier. Maintenance requests are typically same day; but what do you expect with brand new apartments! Clean, modern, and most important quiet! You get what you pay for and I pay for the best!
