I applied with this apartment company back in December of last year and was supposed to receive a $200 deposit refund. Since then, I’ve been given excuse after excuse and run in circles for over half a year. I’ve called repeatedly—was told it was mailed and would take up to 30 days. After waiting, I called again only to be told it was sent to the wrong address, and they would resend it. Another 30 days? Still nothing. Just moved in 2 weeks ago and the process of applying, approval, and move in were very smooth. Shoutout to Cameron who basically helped me from day 1 with the entire process. My apartment was nice and clean upon move in & I haven’t seen any bugs as of right now. Any issue I had was handled promptly and resolved. As of right now I have nothing bad to say but it needs to be more parking spots because if you come in past 8pm you have to park 5 buildings away & the wifi is terrible. Other than that everything is great!
I would give this place ZERO stars if I could, they changed management but when I lived there these people seem not to care, my apartment was INFESTED WITH ROACHES, ROACHED WAS IN MY FOOD, FRIDGE EVERYTHING, AC WAS BROKEN, And the sink was flooded All they did was spray some chemicals that never stopped the infestation, and the AC was NEVER fixed.
