Didn't get approved for a apartment and they kept my deposit $300 even when their application and staff said it was refundable I understand only the application but the deposit for an apartment I wasn't approved for?
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING There is a reason why they only have 3 stars. I applied here and gave them the app fee and a deposit. Even though I have lived there years ago under different management, they denied my whole family because of a non violent drug charge that is 16 years old. They KEPT my deposit, saying I forfeited it and them and the rest of Sunridge will not give it back or avoid me all together. They nickle and dime you every chance they get. Costs $10 to do a load of laundry. Monthly “pest removal” charges and they haven’t sprayed my apartment in over a year. Save your money and go elsewhere.
