My wife and i lived here and donot recommend anyone live here! The rent is expensive and the gates are always broken and they let anyone and everyone off the streets swim. They willnot call, email you back to discuss the many issues that they allow to go on, on daily bases. The manager is never in the office to talk to and she never calls you back. This is THE place to live in the Lafayette metro area. Everything is so beautful! Upscale and well appointed. Highly recommend!
They will NOT GIVE YOU YOUR DEPOSIT back when you move out ! The manager will literally laugh in your face and ignore your request ! Unbelievable !!!! Also, the place is way overpriced with frequent trashy people sneaking in through the joke of a security gate. Save yourself some grief......ask others that have lived there...they will confirm what I just told you.
Great place to be in the country – it isn't like most apartments , very quite , professional inviornment . i will recomend it to my associates and friends . good job !
