I wan to start off by saying my boyfriend and I are so happy with our new place. We are so lucky to have found welcoming people. The property manager went above and beyond to make sure everything in our home was good. She reached out even when we didn’t just to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. Warm welcoming staff! Friendly neighbors, lots of people out walking dogs! My dog loves the staff and the maintenance crew know her by name. We moved down here from PA over a year ago and can’t complain one bit about the complex we choose to live in. Walking distance to giant, Starbucks, yoga place, pet plus, and bagel shop!
I have lived at Reserve at Regency Park since February of 2016. It is located perfectly near Route 29 (Lee Highway), Route 28, I66, and Route 50 (Lee Jackson Memorial Highway), and the Fairfax Connector bus service has a bus stop just before the entry to Reserve. Within 2 miles there is a Wegmans; within 5 miles a Target, Costco, and many good restaurants and stores in between, including a Giant shopping center about a mile up the road. we have been living here for going on 6 years and love it. its a great community and the staff is awesome. great location to all major highways like 66,28, and 29 and 50. lots of kids in the area so great for people with kids as well.
I don't recommend save your money and time
I had a great experience with the staff. Super friendly, super helpful, and clear about lease information and helping me move in overall.
