Great office and maintenance people; quick response to questions; nice units with a wide choice of floor plans; great location; covered parking; attractive grounds; secure entrances. I have been here since 2003 and have no plans to move.

I’ve lived here for over 18 months, and during that time there have been nonstop issues with the gates, key fobs not working, parking garage burglaries, etc. I believe it is more than safe to assume that your rent will never be reinvested into the complex (it’s quite apparent by the gate issues). As a resident that pays over $1800 a month, and a service member that is constantly TDY, I shouldn’t have to worry about my vehicle being broken in to while I am traveling. Also, even if you are on a fixed income (military) your ren... read more

I came for a week as a guest and after stumbling on a step in the garage I got my leg broken. Beside that, the place is nice and Ivana the lifeguard is extremely beautiful.

Writing this today March 15th 2016. They're going to increase my rent by 6% for our new lease; their reason is the increase of "market value" ...my downstairs neighbor got all four of his tires stolen, next door they just built a 70 unit low income project. There are empty units all around the building. What the heck are they talking about when they say "increase in market value?" Is living around all this suddenly in demand?

As I mentioned above in the Visitor section, this was a community I really enjoyed. Sadly, I have been here close to 4 years and have watched it deteriorate. The biggest issues are the consistent vehicle-related thefts and the lack of communication by management. The maintenance team here is one of the best I have ever encountered, however. The rents are also much lower than neighboring communities for the space that you get. Unfortunately, a concern for safety and a lost hope for management to address those concerns takes p... read more

If you are considering bringing a beloved pet onto the premises, think again. During last weekend's blizzard, one of the residents SHOT the dog of another resident in the face. The complex was completely misleading about the incident, stating in an email that "no one was injured." So far they have failed to reassure residents that these types of incidents are not acceptable in a gated residential neighborhood that is purportedly "pet-friendly." I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of proper response and concern from ma... read more

My dog and I were attacked by two vicious dogs in the complex, and a neighbor's dog was shot by another tenant. This is not a dog-friendly complex.
