Lifetime HOA recently sent me a Delinquent Account Notice, where they charged $25 Administrative Fee on 07/31/2024 and 08/31/2024, respectively [see attached picture]. Can anyone please help me understand how these charges were applied? As far as I know, they can charge a $25 Administrative Fee if you miss three consecutive payments. However, I have only missed one payment so far in July and recovered with two payments in August.
Decent homes for the price, just that community has less to offer. Future development around the area looks promising. So many shops & restaurants close by and many more retail under construction including the ones in Leander Northline. Once you move in you can see where they corners have a been cut to save $$. The HOA is strict, very quick on sending complaints and threatening fines from the first interaction. ** UPDATE AFTER 1 YEAR: ** Ongoing problems with Pulte’s professionalism. They will send workers to repair warranty issues, AC leaks (multiple occasions), problems with property grading, and electricians…. We've been in our new Pulte home for a couple of weeks now, and everything has been fantastic. As first-time homeowners, we're thrilled with our purchase, especially given the excellent offer we received. Our sales representative, German Godoy, was incredibly helpful and always available to assist us. Additionally, working with our construction manager, David Ibanez, was an absolute pleasure.
