issues are not attended to in a timely manner. My mother's tiling in kitchen was coming up with a large chunk completely missing and it was NEVER fixed even though we asked multiple times. The chunk missing was a good half inch deep and a fall hazard. Manager did nothing. One elevator for 3 floors of senior citizens not enough. If there were a major issue those with walkers would never make it out. Too many issues to list, I do not recommend. the floor they never fixed and toilet seat they replaced
RecommendedGreat place to live, everyone is so helpful and the apartments are very comfortable. Lots of things to do if you want to, but not mandatory. I am very Happy to have chosen this place to live.
Everything needed is at your finger tips. Staffing is superb. My wife and I have enjoyed being here. The decision to move here was of our best decisions.
This is an award winning facility for people 55 and wiser. There are opportunities to make friends through a variety of activities, an exercise room, billards, a library, as well as, a beautiful community room. This secure facility is beautiful inside and out.
Wonderful place to call home. You must come and check out this one of a kind building in Decatur IL. It is the only apartment community for 55+ that feels very homey and comfortable coming through the outside doors. Love living here.
It is a quiet peaceful place for those 55 and over. Spacious apartments and caring neighbors. I just love it here!
The Reserve at Lakeview is a very unique place to live. We have great amenities, such as fitness room, library, beauty shop, billiard room, and community room. Lunches are also available. This is also a place where, if interested, games are available to enjoy, as well as fellowship over coffee. You will never feel alone while living here. Please come and check us out!!!!!
