Honestly, I’ve had a great experience so far at Reserve at Lake Irene! I came in with pretty mid expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised once I actually saw the property and the apartment. The community is nice, the apartment itself has been really good, and overall I’m very happy with my decision to move here.  I also have to give a big shoutout to Andrea, my leasing agent. agoNEW *****BEWARE, PLEASE READ BEFORE MOVING IN*******!!!!!! I have been living here for 12 months. Upon moving in, there was a strong old hotel smell in the unit I’m in. We figured it’s a old unit and didn’t see any concerns for mold or anything. Well a few months later, the smell got SO BAD, when you walk into building 16 APT 100 you can smell a STRONG wet musty type of smell; like as if there were a pile of 100 wet towels being laid out for weeks in the apt.
