I lived there with My Mom and before LYND took over When Ashley was there she was so nice and understanding But when My Mom (age 84) fell broke her hip and because of her health and age could not do surgery Anyway My Mom was placed in a nursing home and since she was on the lease I could not afford that place on my own So I moved and they have attached Fee's to my account Like $5,000. I love living here!! Ashley is awesome and always willing to help anyone out even during hurricane Harvey she made sure we all did not panic about rent due to not working for two weeks. Small community and everyone says hi to one another.
Reserve has been absolutely amazing. We love living here!! It's a very small community and the office staff is more than helpful. My fiancé and I have only lived here 2 weeks and wouldn't want to call any other place home!!
I have been a resident since late Feb.2016, and just renewed my lease. I have been impressed with all aspects of amenities offered. Current management & staff are professional as well as friendly. I love my 2 BM apt and patio. Specifically enjoy the salt water pool and fitness area. I plan on a long-term residence. MHerrin
