Malik was so helpful! He handled several issues in our apartment at once and completed everything quickly and efficiently.
Reserve at GV is amazing in so many ways! I’ve had some maintenance requests since moving in, and each time the maintenance team—especially Malik—has been excellent. He responds fast, explains what he’s doing, and always make sure the problem is completely resolved. Makes living here stress-free! The leasing staff is incredible, esp, Anissa handles any situation with professionalism and efficiency! Every interaction with her has been so respectful and friendly!
I just had a tour of this complex with my realtor Sheila, and Leasing Manager Anissa Hernandez. This place looks AMAZING, & Anissa was wonderful! I actually called back several times with more questions and she answered them all so patiently! I’m in a transition period and I’m going to try to make this my new home while I settle. Thank you Anissa for being so awesome and making me feel welcome.
