The Reserve at Glenview has been a wonderful place. Anissa in the leasing office made the leasing experience so easy and has a great positive attitude. Megan, the property manager, really cares for the building and all of the tenants and is quick to fix any issues. The maintenance team is also quick to response to work orders and Malik always checks in to ensure there are no other concerns in the unit when completing a work order. I highly recommend moving to the Reserve at Glenview with its prime location.
It's rare that I write reviews, but I feel compelled to say that The Reserve is an excellent place to live for anyone deciding on a spot in Glenview. After coming from a St. Louis apartment that was a nightmare scenario (feces in the stairwell for a few weeks, A/C failures in summer with multi-week wait times, and rude management), The Reserve is a much-needed breath of fresh air. We’ve been living here since 2022 and recently signed a new lease for another year. I’ve been to 48 states, and I can confidently say this is the best place. Anissa and all the staff are professional and genuinely great people. Thank you!
I’ve been here for a few years and have some older appliances in my apartment. Malik, the amazing maintenance technician, is constantly able to fix whatever appliance is starting to malfunction and went above and beyond in cleaning up afterwards. So grateful to have a competent and hard working technician, who also cares about people, at my building.
