The breeze way in my building is nasty. My apartment has spiders(5 brown recluse spiders) so far. My patio is covered in spider webs. I locked the door of my storage on the patio, but the key will not open it. The grass has not been cut and a tree branch is hanging over the walk way. My fireplace is cracked which has to be a safety hazard. I moved in July 3, 2025 today is July 15,2025
5 years here and my wife loves it. I’m also in for summer amenities ( grills poolside and outdoor patio) recently renovated. Also Recently we received a new microwave for our unit and new washer machine , and is very convenient being next to the sushi’s restaurant and Mariano’s for groceries and flowers. And also , we have our “own” Metra station! Maintenance team and office crew are really nice.
The kitchen cabinets got a terrific facelift. Thank you maintenance crew and management staff!
