Im just leaving this review because i had an issue with my ac and the maintenance staff and leasing staff blew me away with their urgency to get this fixed. i just renewed my lease for this year and i hope to stay for years to come. thank you reserve!
Been a resident here for years and we love it here. The maintenance crew is always on point since they switched from the original guy Corey to the new dudes. They are always so quick with every repair and or replacement we need. We appreciate everything yall do, thank you!
If I could give this place no stars I would. Run! My best friend and ex to use to live here. She stayed across from the leasing office and that building had roaches and bed bugs!! Most of the pictures are stills from videos. They wouldn’t even let her break her lease though she kept having issues. Think twice before you rent. They never solved the issues. Place is not safe because of dirty water leak happening over and over. Maintenance takes days to show up. Very unsanitary.
