I am leaving one star because I can't leave 1/2 a star or less. This place has gone down hill progressively over the past 10 years but the rent keeps going up. I am just counting the days till I can move. I've begged my husband to get us out of here over the years but I think after his last experience with management, he is finally going to get us out. This 4 star rating goes to Dustin, the maintenanc man at the Reserve at Fort Mitchell. Dustin did a great job fixing my kitchen faucet leak 24 hours after I initiated the work order. I appreciate him listening to my complaint about it taking so long; CORPORATE being corporate and not returning my call; and last but not least, resident mgmt calling to let me know that me calling corporate will not expedite my work order.
