Great place to live in! Ms Chance, manager has been always helpful and friendly. Never faced a problem in last 1 year. I will recommend this apartment if you are looking for peaceful and safe living. All the apartments are freshly renovated, clean and spacious.
This place SUCKS! Do NOT MOVE HERE. I moved out a year ago and they are trying to charge me $4,000 for moving out 3 days early with notice and a promise that if I kept the lights on the apartment that it would be all good. Every time I try to contact a member of the property management staff they will not return my call. Worst property management staff in Chattanooga, worst apartment in Chattanooga. Take your money and spend it elsewhere. There are so many better spots right there on E Brainerd
This place is a nice place to live. It’s peaceful just like I like it. Nothing bad goes on. Management takes care of the place making it look nice all the time. I would recommend!
Lots of room, quiet complex. Management is readily available to your needs maintenance is prompt and thorough. I wish they'd enforce policy for pet waste clean up more but love that my cat is allowed. I'm happy overall living here ,any place has areas to improve but the ones here seem minor. Id love to see traffic light on main road of complex for traffic control. But that's a county issue
The office staff and maintenance are amazing. The property is well keep and the pool is amazing.
