It's been two months since I submitted a repair request for our microwave. They came and looked at it; said we need a new one but it needs to be ordered. Shouldn't take that long.
L I have no AC in my unit!! My AC unit broke at the beginning of July, making my unit uninhabitable. This is not comfortable for my son and I!! The portable AC unit that was provided by maintenance is not helping cool my 3 bedroom unit. I asked for a window unit for every room and got one unit in the master bedroom. Management said they don’t have any more window units available. I really enjoyed living here. The maintenance staff were great! Very quick to respond to tickets. I literally never waited more than 24 hours for them to respond ( unless of course it was on a weekend). I never had problems with the rental office. The only two issues I had were the hefty rent increase in just a year and the pool wasn’t open for most of the summer. I’d recommend though.
