The walls here are extremely thin; I can hear my upstairs neighbors' phone ring. Noise here is ridiculous and the staff does not seem to have much control over that. At my last complex, they would send letters to the entire building warning about playing loud music/noise; there was a fee for every compliant which meant, you RARELY had noise issues. There is always trash in the breeze ways including loose trash because no one monitors the buildings.
Complex really went downhill during our time there.
Ok staff is very nice but they are just staff they don't own the building and don't really care. My first 2 months I had issues with paying the stupid rent on time. They don't except regular money order they make it harder and more time consuming just to pay your expensive rent but then your dish washer suck ass your washing machine sucks ass some of your outlets don't work and don't get me started on the bugs! I had them come exterminate my house inside and I guess they used water because I seen a bug in my house the same d... read more
Make sure to write down every little thing you notice upon move in even if they say it's not an issue because you will be charged for it. If you have an issue after office hours, there is "nothing they can do about it". We've had to call the police 3 times on our neighbors for their 2am screaming and throwing things against the wall that happens at least once a week every week since they moved in. We love this place!! The beautiful landscape, the cleanliness, quietness. The amenities are awesome!!!! We have the dog park right outside our building!!!. Our apartment was soooo clean-- freshly painted and carpets when we moved in!! We have a great balcony. Staff are very friendly and accomandating!!! Plus, they have a theater room you can reserve-- FREE!!!! It's an awesome place!!!
