The office staff very friendly, apartments are beautiful and reasonably priced Move in was a breeze
I just renewed my lease today for the first time. I love it here. The staff is amazing. Always friendly and attentive. Repairs are few but when needed always done in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone to call home...Denise
I have been here a complete week and with my emotional workup, that says that I am getting the support needed to feel home. Maintenance, thank you for following up and making things work again. The new pool furniture looks great and I look forward to sharing with my family and friends!
We really enjoy living in the little community that is created here at the Reserve. It's a bit pricer than the surrounding complexes but the cost easily makes up for itself with the added luxury amenities and newly renovated apartments. We have been living here for a year and love it! When we moved in all the kitchen appliances were brand new and the whole apartment was spotless. Overpriced, noisy A/C units right outside patio door. Do not trust them when you move out, make sure you take pictures of your apartment after you clean, they will try to keep your full deposit. Better deal next door at Zinfandel village. Advertised as luxury apartments, not even close, the cheap stainless steel appliances do not make it a luxury apartment!
