We have lived here almost a year, and have had a great experience. The apartments are spacious, and very nice. Management is wonderful (Christina, Alicia, and Kriz have always been helpful & kind). It’s very quiet, clean, and has great amenities. I recommend living here to anyone in the Goldsboro area!

My fiancé and I have really enjoyed living here so far! The management team is very warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Kriz and Alisha always greet me at the office with a smile! We haven’t had any issues in our apartment. If we did have a service request maintenance was quick to address and resolve our issues, typically that same day!They also do a great job at maintaining landscaping and the grounds are always well kept. The staff is amazing, such a clean, nice place and I felt very safe.
Other than the ppl upstairs stomping the floor every night it was good
I lived here for 2 years. Christina and Alisha are GREAT and know their stuff. Location is great and if we needed anything they were always quick to respond. The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 is because it can be quite pricey in comparison to other apartments in the area. But the staff is all great and I can say I will miss the actual location and the staff. Just not the rent. Lol
