The worst I can possibly say is it’s pricey….. But what place with decent amenities in the Portland area isn’t? Has a dog park, never had issues with parking, no crime, no noise complaints going either way. Even 217 being next door ain’t too bad with the giant wall up.
Some tenants are allowed to work on multiple vehicles on Saturday and Sundays. This fills up the guest parking with multiple vehicles. It would a better place to live if tenants couldn't do this.
