I rented a studio apartment here for a year and it was a very good experience. My neighbors were quiet and very friendly. Management is responsive and helpful when needed. Largest studio apartment for the value I've had so far.
I was renting here from the years 2021-2024 and it's been my best living situation yet! Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves--but are friendly when you pass them. For studios nowadays these are what made this place worth it due to it's rarity in the market: 1) assigned parking (bonus that it's gated), 2) full size kitchen WITH appliances, and 3) lots of storage space. Crying on the floor with a newborn on my lap, I had to take a moment and tell him how happy his parents here. I really couldn't have asked for more and really had features that made it sad to go. Apartments were always clean , inside and out. I never dealt with any sort of bug problems and that's a big deal for me. They do weekly yard work and have someone doing maintenance often.
