Do not recommend this location. Very inpatient rude staff n doctor Nickolas They get upset because you take your time to read the legal forms. They are not even legible. I stated that to the doctor and he stated it’s just a consent form, yes I know but I can’t really see what I am signing the print was faded. The elderly lady to the far back is extremely rude. Thought the staff and chiropractor was amazing! Unfortunately I seen myself being used by my law office so I had to discontinue appointments. I am very grateful for their services and the support they provided for my injuries!
DO NOT GO HERE. They take forever to discharge you and even after they have, they take months to send out your medical documents to the insurance companies. I have had to call and ask if they sent them already and they lied to me. This happens months ago and still nothing. Still waiting on them to send out my documents from that place. You'll be waiting a year before seeing any progress with them.
