Good location. Plus they have new owners that have improved the building. Maintenance is good to. I recommend Research pk.
I work @ Redstone Arsonal. Not far from Research Pk Apts. I have a cute studio which I love very much. They have good mgt & they maintain the property. I have to recomend them.
Don t mess with research park apartments at robinhood ln, it s just not worth it. As stated in other reviews this place is very much roach infested. On top of that they will keep your security deposit no matter what you do. The owner and management are liars and swindlers and are not to be trusted. Also they work with special income people so alot of the tenates are disabled in one form or another so you ll see plenty of action such as people regularly walking around talking/yelling/laughing to themself. This place is awfull. It s completely infested by roaches. They were spraying for a while but stopped about 6 months ago. All the neighbors I talk to say they have the same problem. I hate living here and I m moving out as soon as I can.
This place is really good. The mgr is on top of any problems. I like the apt. bc it s in my work area. it s convenient to good shopping too. Rent is reasonable plus they pay part of the electric. Can t beat it for location.
