Came up to see a friend who was in a very bad traffic accident and they nurses and techs seemed to be taking great care with him. Thanks to nurse Bianca on the 4th floor where my friend is.
I had to take my son in to the ER, had a allergic reaction to a med applied on a burn. The nurses and doctors was amazing. There is not enough room to describe how thankful myself and family are to each one of them. They are our heroes. Along with Grossman burn unit staff. We have been shown nothing but the up most respect. Keep us updated on all information and treat him with dignity and respect. I absolutely love this hospital and all the staff.
Checked in yesterday so my husband could undergo a liver biopsy. Such amazing people in CAPPS! Took great care of both of us throughout the rather shortened process...seems after another ultrasound the radiologist determined that a biopsy was not necessary. The nursing staff was thrilled for my husband!! Excellent facility and such warm hearted staff. Our thanks to the CAPPS Unit. The Geteks
Everyone treated me wonderfully! Took great care of me. Bernard my night nurse was wonderful and caring. Courtney my day nurse treated me as if I were a little sister. My doctor's and the rest of the staff treated me with respect and care. Thank you all so much!
I can't believe how much I was charged for a 15 minute emergency room visit. My son had a splinter removed, we we're sent here by his pediatrician, and we ended up being charged 1055 out of pocket for literally 15 minutes of service and that is on top of the amount the doctor had charged. I talked to a representative and the only way I can negotiate that price down is to have it sent to collections! I'm happy to had met again with an informed professional. Nice,smart,compassionate.
I was told my service dog would be allowed....she was not. I understand the policies, i just wish the people who answer their phones were more informed.
Top notch! Everyone from registration, to techs, to nurses, and Doctor's. Very accommodating.
If I could give negative stars I would. Come here if you're ready to give up! Most awful experience from any hospital our family has been to.
