Horrible. Had an emg 6 weeks ago. According to what I was told during the first appointment, my results should have been discussed with me 5 weeks ago. And still, nothing. Calling my insurance company to see what's been billed, and to have any charges reversed (you don't do the work, you DON'T get paid) Will NEVER NEVER NEVER refer anyone to this office.
Had great experience with my granddaughter delivering her baby yesterday. The nurse Monica night nurse was exceptionally informative , detailed and gave us information that made us fell relief and was friendly .caring and kind to us. Through the whole delivery process was wonderful. She should be recognize for her going beyond the call of duty in her job.
I have been here for a week today. I love the staff. I am on floor 4 north. I wish my endo doctor could have seen me and kept track of my calcium because Dr. Younderpo has no clue. She is going to send me home with low calcium because she doesn't know how to manage it. Smh
I was at Research Medical Center on Sunday in the waiting room emergency my nephew was brought in for a gunshot wound we got no answers from no one it was at least 6 hours before we heard anything we had lots of family and friends there concerned about our love one there are other family members of other families also in the waiting room and they had a large number of people with them as well we were asked to leave the hospital I've never heard of such no one was rude loud or disrespectful that's just like asking someone to ... read more
Thank God my Mama was able to come home lastnite and enjoy family for Thanksgiving!!! Thank to the team for taking care of her while she was there... "Happy Thanksgiving" !!!
My hubby had to have three stents put in. Everyone was really nice. Our experience was great
Love how they had the practitioners sitting and waiting in the intake room before you get back to your room. It definitely expedited the wait time and we were in and out in less than a hour. Not to mention how friendly the staff was.
The ER is always evolving for the better. The P. a, was very nice and pleasant. I enjoy going to Research Medical Center, when my children or I need medical attention. Looks like a great place to work.
Taken very well care of. Came in with throat swelling shut and barely able to breathe. I was seen by someone immediately. Through the process, they found a major problem and addressed it- not related to the reason I was there. Had a problem with one nurse with an attitude problem, but can't mark down the rating because of her.
