Worst hospital in KC. I went to research by ambulance with a broken arm that almost broke skin and was sat in a waiting room to wait for triage. I sat there for way too long and when staff members walked by, they did any and everything to avoid any kind of eye contact. The only people I had any contact with while I was there was a security guard who used her metal detector wand on me and searched my purse to make sure I didn’t have any weapons and an incredibly hateful receptionist who chased me down as I walked out of the w... read more

Do not use temp nurses with no bariatric patient experience to care for bariatric patients. Not what I consider a Center of Excellence. Very emotional experience :(
