Quality of products used are cheap. 2 year old cabinets chipped (we were lied to about which cabinet material we were getting), shower tiles coming off, new Anderson window broken, railings on banister loose, new bedroom doors cut 3 inches too short. Labor was slow, inconsistent, and sloppy. Did we mention quality of products were cheap. The lead guy, Rich, lied regularly about why things weren’t getting done. He left many jobs/ items not finished. NEVER PAY BEFORE WORK IS COMPLETE AND OR FIXED! We learned the hard way.
This company remodeled our shower a year and a half before we moved in. The shower glass door leaks every time we used it and after a few months of going through paperwork we found that it was RescueReo who did the installation. I called them and explained the situation, I figured if anyone can fix the leak it would be them. They told me it was out of warranty and I explained that was fine that we wanted it fixed and since they did the whole remodel, we wanted them to come and try to fix it.
