They charged my card multiple times without my permission and blocked my phone calls when I called to ask them the reason.
I wanted to say how great it is to walk into the house and have it sparkling! The house smells amazing, the kitchen sink shimmers and everything just looks so wonderful. They were so detailed with the clean and every smudge or dust ball is gone! I am already recommending to friends to book Rescue Maids. Thank you ***** for arriving early, being very communicative and making sure I was happy with the clean. She was so nice and so sweet to my dog!

I loved the idea of doing payments online. There was also the option of doing per hour, which I chose. I emailed as well specifying a couple hours. I was contacted via text about scheduling. I received confirmation the day before, but with a different time. I said this wasnt the time previously given and was told there was a glitch in the system, but they could still accommodate me. I contacted a number of different cleaning services in the area before stumbling upon Rescue Maids. I'm glad I ended up going with Rescue Maids. The owner **** was very responsive to my request for a quote, and Rescue Maids could get me on their calendar sooner than anyone else. ****** and ***** did a great job with my initial clean, and ***** does a great job for standard biweekly cleaning.
Used this service for a deep clean. Initially cancelled on our scheduled day less than 24 hours before but they did reschedule for the following day. I paid $500 dollars for a deep clean and they didn't do a great job. they missed dog hair everywhere, didn't bring the tools they said they would. Overall was just extremely rude when I was trying to talk to them about my experience INSTEAD of leaving a review.over promised and under delivered - was told 3-4 cleaners would be there for half the day from 9 AM to 3 or 4 PM. they ... read more
