Call them up to get a quote. I’m pumping my septic. They said it would be $400. They came out and charged $1400. I wasn’t home at the time but they told my wife it’s $400 for one tank and 1400 for two tanks. She said she asked them to just pump the liquids but they said they couldn’t. They always pump both tanks. If you always pump both tanks then it’s never $400.
Billy responded very quickly to my call. We had next to no water pressure in our home. He repaired a broken gate valve and placed a newer shut-off valve. The work was efficiently and the pricing was fair. We would definitely call again for any future needs. Thanks again!
Had my 40 gallon waste tank pumped on my travel trailer because it was plugged. Unplugged and pumped it out in 15 minutes. Charged me $350 dollars. Don't use them you will get ripped off.
I am very happy with this company. I price checked many plumbing companies and they had the most affordable pricing. I had Rescue Hero come out late the other night for an emergency and they did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this company. They were very professional.
Rescue Hero Plumbing and Pumping came and pumped my septic system on 08/13/21. Last night my system was full of water again and not draining. It turns out Rescue Hero did not fully and completely evacuate all the solids as they did not dislodge the build up in the frontal portion of the solids vault. They never even dug and exposed the front of the vault to pump out the liquid. They did not dig and expose leach pit #1 - how could we know?
