Three years ago, we lived in a basement apartment managed by ResCom. Ryan Forerer was the property manager. We always paid our rent on time and generally took good care of the property. When we moved out, there was some minor damage to a wall caused by our young children, which we repaired as best as we could and thoroughly cleaned the apartment before leaving.
