Three years ago, we lived in a basement apartment managed by ResCom. Ryan Forerer was the property manager. We always paid our rent on time and generally took good care of the property. When we moved out, there was some minor damage to a wall caused by our young children, which we repaired as best as we could and thoroughly cleaned the apartment before leaving. Rescom was a great property management company to work with. Ryan was especially a great help during our move-out process. I would certainly rent from them again.
Don't even bother applying for any of their rentals unless you have over a 650 credit score for both adults. Doesn't matter what your circumstances are, even if you're financially stable with savings. They'll tell you it's 50/50 about approval or denial and then just send an email denying you anyways. They are super picky about who rents from them. So if you are down on your luck, have cancer, are a single mom, or have just ONE negative thing on your credit report you're done for, denial.
I was Skeptical at first, but every relationship is 50/50 and you do your 50 they will do THEIRS :}
