After years of prior relationship, and ***, always being a joy to work with, I called recently to have our system, inspected/evaluated for proper working order, and to have two sprinkler covers replaced. They installed my system a long time ago, had a green tag/inspection etc. Now, years later, I have come to learn that there is no shut off valve on the Fire Riser, no water pressure on the system. It's basically been inactive for years and the riser/gauge was dry walled over during the build of the house and they dont return phone calls. My family has been unprotected by their system for YEARS!

RESCOM installed my fire system in my home. After the freeze in February, my sprinkler froze and I could not turn on my water. I called them many many many times and only got an answering service with no call back. When someone finally called me two weeks later, I was told they were too busy taking care of people who weren't their customers. I trusted this company to protect my home and family.
