Complete and utterly useless HOA - they charge me out the ass for literally doing nothing but complaining that "trash can is 2.2 inches too far away" or "you can't put a free for pick up couch on the curb" it was down for 1 day waiting for someone to pick up. Useless company, ran probably exclusively by "Karens" who have nothing better to do but complain about the most useless things. Please do your research on customer service before signing a rental lease. I’m more than happy to share my experiences and frustrations. Just message me through Facebook. I would never of thought that I would be without air conditioning going on four weeks now and still waiting. House is in a nice middle class neighborhood and treated as slum. I not only feel sorry for me but the neighborhood as well.
They don't accept credit cards,which is inconvenient. Cash or check only. Otherwise, pleasant to talk to.
