If you’re a caregiver trying to work here, don’t. If you’re a client trying to find a caregiver, avoid this place. I lost my job and a client here because of the way this company handles situations. First, AllWays Caring is one of the last agencies to raise minimum wage to $20 an hour (when other agencies are paying their employees $21+) Two, AllWays Caring is associated with Sedgwick. What a wonderful place to work, the staff at the tumwater office are so nice and are always there to answer any questions you might have, they give exceptional care to there clients, to ensure they have the best care, and do there best to find a sub when a care giver must call out. Great service all around. Be advised they will let you go if they can't find a client for you if u don't work for so many days they let you go even though it's there job to get you a client
