i’ll be honest, i’ve never been here and do not know the integrity of the business as a whole. however this particular person does not represent this company in a good light. home care should be filled with caring and compassionate people, and i am worried for how jena treats people in her care when they dont agree with her. i sincerely hope this is handled as i will not be recommending this business when i know someone like this works there
Do not work here. Be a caregiver anywhere else. They seem nice at first but once you are in you will be faced with incredibly unprofessional and unorganized managment--for both their clients and their employees. When you do not get enough hours scheduled to make a living and finally leave, you will most likely be shorted on your final check from of either spite or incompetence, hard to say which. I will be letting the Dept of Labor and Industries decide on that one.
Have stepped up pay scales a lot since COVID. I enjoy the flexibility of my schedule and the added PTO bump. I also like that if a client isn't a good fit, or a change is needed, it is corrected in a timely manner.
I love working for them. They always help me with anything I need. They care for the clients and the caregivers. They made sure that they are both taking care of!!
