Worst agency I have ever been with. Rude,gaslighting,guilt shaming staff that mastered the art of manipulation and manufacturing labeling disabled. Sending out untrained caregivers that have no education or background checks done. They hire the pit of the bottom of the barrel. They used to be called rezcare had to change their name due to how poorly the agency was run but obviously they did not learn from previous hardships. i’ll be honest, i’ve never been here and do not know the integrity of the business as a whole. however this particular person does not represent this company in a good light. home care should be filled with caring and compassionate people, and i am worried for how jena treats people in her care when they dont agree with her. i sincerely hope this is handled as i will not be recommending this business when i know someone like this works there
Do not work here. Be a caregiver anywhere else. They seem nice at first but once you are in you will be faced with incredibly unprofessional and unorganized managment--for both their clients and their employees. When you do not get enough hours scheduled to make a living and finally leave, you will most likely be shorted on your final check from of either spite or incompetence, hard to say which. I will be letting the Dept of Labor and Industries decide on that one.
Have stepped up pay scales a lot since COVID. I enjoy the flexibility of my schedule and the added PTO bump. I also like that if a client isn't a good fit, or a change is needed, it is corrected in a timely manner.
I love working for them. They always help me with anything I need. They care for the clients and the caregivers. They made sure that they are both taking care of!!
